His Plans for You

Dearly Beloved, I trust this email finds you well and bubbling in the Lord. Yesterday, we looked at Psalm 57v2 (AMPC) which says "I will cry to God Most High, Who performs on my behalf and rewards me [Who brings to pass His purposes for me and surely completes them]!"

The Psalm lets us know that God has plans for us and He will bring them to pass. Another favorite scripture of mine is Psalm 32v8 (TLB). Verses 8 and 9 say "I will instruct you (says the Lord) and guide you along the best pathway for your life; I will advise you and watch your progress. Don’t be like a senseless horse or mule that has to have a bit in its mouth to keep it in line!" Hallelujah.

Now, when we look at scripture, we have a general idea that God has plans for us, He will guide and instruct us and lead us in the way that we should go.

In scripture, we won’t find specifics for each of us like which job to take, which spouse to marry etc. but there are different ways God reveals and brings about His purpose for us. On our part, one of the things we need to do is to show a willingness for knowing and understanding God’s plans for us.

Prayer

Father, we thank You so much for Your plans and purposes for us. We know that there are several paths we can take but we seek Your instruction and guidance for the best pathway for our lives including our families, our children, our work and career, everything that pertains to us. We thank You for indeed You will advise us and watch our progress. We refuse to be stubborn or obstinate and will go with You in Jesus name, amen.

Daily Encouragement

In the world, we have trials and tribulations. Daily encouragement is a blog aimed to encourage believers as we go through life. It aims to strengthen our faith in God and get our eyes fixed on His love and kindness. It is anchored on Hebrews 3v13 which says “But encourage each other daily, while it is still called today, so that none of you is hardened by sin’s deception.” Check out daily encouragements and please spread the word!
